Our lakeside family home is cozy, light and airy on a very safe and quiet street. This part of the coast is known for its beautiful beaches, cafés, bays, rock pools, surf breaks, fishing spots and lagoons. All this and only minutes from Tuggerah Westfield, and the M1 motorway. Tuggerah Lakes is a short walk down the end of our street which has a walking/bike path full of kids parks and which takes you all the way to Long Jetty and on to The Entrance. Whilst not 5-star luxury, our house does have a relaxing and fun vibe and is great for entertaining with multiple communal spaces. It has the perfect north-facing and elevated aspect making it beautifully sunny and breezy all day. As we are a young family who have two little children this house is ideal for young families with kids. Our yard is fully fenced , green and pet-friendly, however we don't allow pets in the house other than to sleep in the laundry at night or outside undercover. The main bedroom is simple and clean with a queen bed and nice green outlook. The second room has full sized single bunk beds and cot while the third has single bed and pull out single mattress. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The house has multiple living areas, the first is a large lounge room with huge cozy chase lounge and TV with Netflix, the room also has play areas for the kids including a fairy treehouse and kids cafe. This room connects to the kitchen which is in the middle of the house and has a natural gas stove/oven, microwave, Thermomix (which you're welcome to use), filtered water dispenser and small breakfast bar. The kitchen looks out to the second living area/sunroom which we have set up as a dining area and for the coffee lovers - we have a coffee station with expensive Italian espresso machine and accessories - which you're also welcome to use if you’re familiar with these. Off this room is the main toilet (separate from the bathroom) and laundry. Perhaps the best feature of the house is the covered outdoor area with the most comfortable leather lounges, outdoor dining area and BBQ. This area opens onto a level turfed backyard that is beautifully sunny all day. We have a veggie garden that you're welcome to pick from (depending on the time of year). There is an additional outdoor toilet, ceiling fans and café screens which can be lowered if it rains, making the space usable at all times. Other things to note - Ducted automatic air purification system. - For those who love fast internet - we have NBN fibre to the premises and Wifi login details are provided at checkin. - Instantaneous hot water system with heat control in kitchen and bathroom. - 3rd bedroom also set up as kids play room with an abundance of quality toys and books. - Large undercover parking area and plenty of off-street parking on our huge driveway. - Long-term vacant property next door for added backyard privacy. We want guests to come in and feel at home so most areas and household items are there to be used. There will however be a few locked/unavailable spaces containing personal belongings including: Garage, one side of the wardrobe and drawers in the main bedroom, storage closet at the end of the hallway, one side of wardrobe in the 3rd bedroom/playroom. We want you to feel at home in the space and so we won't be around in person, however we will always be available via phone or email during your stay should you have any questions or concerns and we have friends and friendly neighbours nearby who can assist if needed. Lakeside Killarney Vale is one of the best kept secrets on the Central Coast. We have so many fun activities, attractions and beautiful scenic locations all within a few minutes’ drive of our house. I recommend checking out Long Jetty which is the café and cultural hub of the Central Coast. A few minutes from here you have beautiful North Shelley Beach (best surf beach around), Bateau Bay Beach with kid-friendly bay and amazing rock pools filled with tiny star fish. On from here I recommend Spoon Bay, then Terrigal with great cafes and restaurants - and so many more all within 10-15 minutes’ drive. In terms of groceries and supplies - there is a Coles supermarket and local shops about 1km away and bigger shopping centre, Bay Village - 5 minutes away and Tuggerah Westfields is only 10 minutes away. Our street is quiet and peaceful with only local resident usage. Bring your bikes (or joggers) as down the end of our street is Tuggerah Lakes which has a great walking/cycle path running along the lake and has multiple kids parks (the closest is only a few minutes walk). Take this path all the way into Long Jetty or even the Entrance. There is plenty of public transport around if needed with bus stops all around, Tuggerah train station a 10 minute drive as well as a growing Central Coast Uber system.
