125-Acre Retreat on a Lake with Pool - Stone Haven

This listing is for TWO gorgeous homes that sit on 125 acres of land with a lake and in-ground pool! The first is the "Stone House", a newly renovated historic home with 5 bedrooms, large gathering areas, fire place, 3.5 baths that sleeps 20. The second is the "Lake House," a beautiful house that sits right on the 10.5 acre lake surrounded by woods and walking paths. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and sleeps 12. They can be rented separately or together! Guests can enjoy this beautiful landscape in a variety of ways! There is kayaking, fishing, hiking through the woods, basketball and swimming in the pool (available Memorial Day weekend-mid September.) -WEDDINGS: We are no longer booking weddings at this time. This listing is for BOTH houses and therefore you can access EVERYTHING! You will have the pool, lake, hot tub, basketball court, kayaks and walking trails all to yourself! We are a text or phone call away if needed! We live nearby and may come by to do yard work or pool/hot tub maintenance but will stay out of the way. -We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish/laundry soap to get you started but you may need to buy more before your stay is over. -Note that the swimming pool will be open & available from Memorial Day weekend - mid September -There are parking spaces on the property for up to 12 vehicles between both houses -Coffee, tea and sugar will be provided -We provide bath towels but you need to pack pool towels. -The lake is not for swimming, just kayaking and fishing. -Kayaks and life jackets are available for your use free of charge -If number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity without permission you will lose your security deposit -WEDDINGS: We are not booking weddings at this time.
