Home away from home - Very clean, comfortable & easy living/ holidaying Enjoy Alfresco Dining (weather permitting), in your own back yard. B-B-Q provided & nic- nacs. Plenty of room for the kids to run & play OR for you to entertain Your guests if visiting Family & Friends. Outdoor pets allowed, fully fenced backyard but NO inside pets. This is a complete 2 story Unit. Very Private. We live next door but you are on your own. If however you have any 'needs' I am only a tap on my door or phone call away! We have a key pad on the front door for easy access at any time of day. I will notify you prior to your visit with the number. Your privacy is Guaranteed We live in a very quiet neighborhood with a hills view. Short stroll to Mitcham Shopping Centre and Speciality shops. Banks & ATM's, Petrol stations, Library, Parks, Gym's, Restaurants, Pubs & of-course - Coffee Shops ------ All with-in walking distance. Glenelg is a wonderful spot to visit down by the beach (20 min) and with a tram that takes you right through the City Centre. Perhaps you may like to take in a lovely drive to the Southern Vale Wineries or Victor Harbor. We also have beautiful country towns to visit like Hahndorf. We are so central to Everything. 10 min drive up the hills to Windy Point & take in the most wonderful views of Adelaide by day or night. Train Station and Bus service a few minutes walk away. Or perhaps take a 10 min drive or train ride to City Centre. So easy and convenient. A Laundrymat is only a few minutes away as we don't provide a washing machine, but do have a clothes line & pegs to hang washing out at the Unit. We also provide a pram, porta cot, high chair, baby bath & car seat if needed. Please note that the top of the stairs does not have a safety gate. We are happy to discuss having a dog as the back yard is fully fenced, however No INSIDE pets. Just ask for an early or late check out, depending on availability
