They can access the villa and all the equipment's in it. From the living room to the outdoor lawn, guests can feel at home here. This villa offers a perfect mix of comfort and luxury with its sprawling lawn area and modern interiors. Private rooms with high-end amenities and complete privacy are guaranteed. Guests may use the kitchen to warm up and serve food, make breakfast, tea/coffee. Cooking full meals is permitted. Guests may call for food from nearby restaurants (with help of the caretaker) and help him serve in the home cutlery. Guests need to pay the caretaker to fetch ingredients for preparing breakfast, tea/coffee in advance. The host is not present at the property, but is accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is also present to serve you on demand within working days 10am to 6pm via phone. A trained and a responsible caretaker is also present at the property to solve all your queries whenever required. Thus a worthwhile stay is assured altogether! The villa has a large garden and is located at a peaceful location amidst the blissful valleys of Lonavala. Away from the city chaos, this villa is accessible from most of the tourist locations in Lonavala. A trip here can be combined with sightseeing of Karla and Bhaja caves. You can also visit the lesser known fortresses like Lohagad and Visapur near the villa. Thus a stay at this villa, provides you with a little bit of historical and cultural knowledge as well. The villa is easily accessible by all modes of transport: Pune International Airport - 71.3 km Maharashtra State Transport Bus Stand - 2 km Lonavala Railway Station - 3.6 km Apart from these convenient routes, the guests can also drive down to the villa as this property has ample amount of parking space. - Maximum 6 plus 3 extra in total 9 guests can sleep comfortably in the villa. Correct number of guests must be informed so arrangements can be made appropriately. - Breakfast is not included in the price. Guests need to pay for the ingredients for breakfast, tea/coffee in advance for the caretaker to fetch fresh from the market. - Kitchen may be used only to warm/serve meals ordered from outside. Or prepare tea/coffee with the help of the kitchen help/maid. The maid is available only between 9.30am and 4.30pm. - The lawn may not be as lush as it is during the monsoons and may seem a bit dry during the summers. - There are frequent power outages in Lonavala. Sometimes one phase of the electric power does go off. It may affect the AC and the hot water geyser. We have an inverter and generator on the premises for emergency backup for lights/fans. - Extra mattresses are available at the villa on advance request. - There is secure private parking space available within the compound. - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Villa. - Consumption of Alcohol is NOT allowed inside the Villa. - Consumption of narcotic drugs is NOT allowed inside the entire property and will be reported to the authorities. - Music is allowed till 10.00 PM as per government norms. - Pets are not allowed inside the villa. - Government Issued Identity proofs are mandatory for all adult persons who are staying at the villa. The caretaker will merely take a snapshot and send the image to the host. You are requested to cooperate in this matter.
