Relax on the upstairs or downstairs balconies overlooking the bay watching and hearing the abundant aquatic birds or the honey eating birds in the grevilia trees and hear the frogs from time to time going off in the hanging baskets Its a double storey 4 bedroom house on Koona Bay The main bedroom is off limits. All 3 other bedrooms are available . 2 bedrooms have queen size beds each and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed . All bedrooms have linen supplied . All 3 bedrooms have their own access to upstairs balcony . 2 seperate toilets , 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs . As well as use of the rest of the house . The shower cubicle unit has radio stations so you can listen to music while having a shower , also has hand held and over head water outlets , massaging outlets , foot massaging box and steam generator so you can sit down on the in built seat which has room for 2 people and have the best steam shower ever . Single spa bath , but 2 people fit in 1 either end . Bath towels . 2 Toilets , Samsung television , Sony DVD Player , Bose Radio Stereo CD System . There is garage parking for 1 car and 2 spot car parking for off street parking . Use of 2 bicycles . Table Tennis Table . Coffee Machine . Binoculars . BBQ on Balcony . Board Games . Please note : It is for 6 guests using the 3 bedrooms , I have 3 single blow up mattresses which could be used if there are 3 extra guests staying with an extra charge of $50 per extra guest per night I will be available by telephone or email at any time during your stay No rear neighbours as its on a Bay Train station , Bus stops are 10 minute walk , Stockland Shellharbour is 5-10 minute drive , guests have garage parking for 1 car as well as off street car parking for 2 cars , 2 bicycles avaiable for use .
