DR seats 8 people, + eat in kitchen table that can hold 4 more. Sunroom with Additional couch. Large deck w/ lots of seating & porch swing. (The Concrete Patio is for use by guests in the downstairs unit.) Trails, creek, foos-ball, basketball shoot, LOTS of private parking! VERY SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD!! Enjoy the spaciousness of the home and 7 acre grounds with trails, outside seating, horseshoes and more! Close to any stores or conveniences you might need. Convenient to entertainment and shopping. Easy access to downtown and airport. Guests are welcome to enjoy the upstairs (2,300 square feet) & all 7 acres in this state park like setting. We/or another guest may be staying in a basement unit with a separate entrance that is totally locked off from the upstairs. The deck is for use by guests in the upstairs (main part of the home) unit. (Patio will be used by downstairs guests.) We may or may not be available personally, but someone will with just a call if needed. The Beautiful Backyard and wooded acreage make it seem like your own private state park! There are nice neighbors on each side The neighborhood is a very safe environment. We are close to everything you could want. Shopping, dining, entertainment, downtown Indy are all within 5 to 15 minutes with easy access to the interstate. Our beautiful property is conveniently located within 15 minutes of downtown Indianapolis. It is a country type setting close to Interstates 465 & 70. We are about 5-10 minutes from the airport. City or country - take your pick - or enjoy it all! There’s plenty of private parking for several cars. Taxis, Uber/lift available within minutes. A cat lives in the house during non-Airbnb stays. Home will be thoroughly cleaned before each stay to remove cat hair. Cat will be removed during the stay.
