The perfect accommodation for you stay in Florence. In central zone, close the quarter of historic centre, we offer very fine and elegant rooms in Florentine style, with private en-suite bathroom: We offer our warm hospitality of authentic Florentine and, if you want it, and any tips for enjoying art, gastronomy and leisure in this wonderful city. The rooms, double, triple and quadruple are spacious and bright, finely furnished. We serve on request, rich, hot buffet breakfast. Each room is equipped with the every comforts of first quality: * elegant complete, en-suite bathroom with box shower in crystal * set of towels, soaps and hair dryer * air conditioner * fast internet connection Wi-Fi and TV * refrigerator in room * tea and coffee making facilities * safe in room * double glazing * security locks * set of keys for the maximum freedom. Some rooms have also a terrace with table and chairs. It’s available also one Studio, with kitchenette, with cooking utensils and crockery, ensuite bathroom, with shower, wc, washbasin, and with sunny terrace with table and chairs. Prices of accommodation (for each room): One person, in double room/single use: 40 euros/night (low season) Two persons 58 euro/night in low season (low season from November 7 to December 6, and from January 20 to February 9, excluding the days of Pitti Immagine) In mid or high season the price ranges is 59-79 euros/night for the major parties. For every person over the two, in the same room, that I put for the third and fourth bedrooms are + 15 or 25 euros for bed /night. Minimun stay 2 nights. The price of hot buffet breakfast is + 5 euros per person. We are not in historic centre, but in central zone of Florence: in the quarte bordering the Old Town district. (look at the map, please) You will be in sure, residential zone, rich of life and stores. - From Central Railway Station SMN, 2,8 km distant, you may catch the bus, which takes just 15 minutes to arrive directly in front of the B&B or you may catch a taxi which, in 8 minutes, bring to us. Some of our guests prefer to take a walk from the station toward us as well as from the B & B to the center, but most prefer to use the bus, which stops in front of us in both forward and back, to go in the old town. The cathedral and the Uffizi are 3.5 km away from us and the bus goes there, in comfort, in 20 minutes. The buses begin service at 5.30 a.m and end the night at 12.30. On weekdays there is a bus every seven minutes at other public holidays every 15 minutes. Check-In: from 10.00 to 20.00, only by appointment. (Saturday and Sunday,it is preferable from 10.00 to 16.00, only by appointment). It is important that you communicate your arrival time to us in the booking, if it is not possible, at least one day before arrival, by email. The room will be available from 12,30 , if you arrive before the 12, will give the keys to you, and you will be able to leave your baggage and to return in full freedom of time.
