Wood fire, aircon, TV, DVD, bluetooth speakers, retro turntable! Clean and comfortable with great views. Full breakfast provided for self catering in your own kitchen first night only Unwind, relax and enjoy the serene surroundings by switching off. Our 50 acre farm has approximately 5 acres of park like gardens and relics from the past. Take a walk, say hello to our Shetland ponies, spot a Platypus from the banks of our spring fed dam, or spot a Lyrebird from the bush surrounded springs. Watch the mob of kangaroos bound through our paddocks. Then sit back indoors in front of the fire and select a record to play on our retro style turntable. We have a communal fire pit that you and your family can enjoy. Don't forget the Marshmallows Guests will have access to all the facilities the unit has to offer including the 50 acre property We enjoy greeting our guests and introducing them to the space and property. We are Happy to chat and answer any questions, offer suggestions of places to eat and shop, but really, we like to give our guests time and space to just enjoy the property and the tranquility of their surroundings. Gembrook is a scenic country village with friendly townsfolk. It is a beautiful, serene place to visit It boasts great restaurants such as The Independent, Forest Edge, Station House Pizzeria, and The Ranges Hotel. Take a trip on Puffing Billy or a picnic at Emerald Lake Park. Brilynbrook provides the perfect platform to explore the Dandenong & The Yarra Valley. Healesville Sanctuary and Gumbya World are within easy reach. There is a bus service but for convenience of getting around to all the attractions this area has to offer, we recommend a car. Breakfast essentials for self catering included in price: Eggs, bacon, cereal, bread, juice, coffee, and a selection of teas. The Unit is suitable for up to 4 guests. A fifth guest can be accommodated by an additional king single fold out bed if requested. Check in is from 2pm and check out by 10am Wi-fi is not available. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT CHILDREN NEED TO BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. NO SWIMMING IN DAMS!!!!!
