Privacy in neo-colonial home and garden

Guests in our beautiful home have exclusive use of two adjacent rooms (bedroom and a sitting room), a bathroom and a toilet. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a single bed in the sitting room. Guests are also welcome to use the main library and stroll in the garden or relax in the gazebo. We are conveniently located within a few minutes drive of Fremantle and South Beach, Murdoch University and Kwinana Freeway, and walking distance to Bibra Lake, Adventure World and Cockburn Ice Arena. The main guest bedroom has a queen bed, large TV, built-in wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The adjacent sitting room has a comfortable lounge and chairs, table, fridge, tea and coffee-making facilities, CD sound system, bookcase with large selection of novels and other reading matter and a single bed for a third guest. Guest access is through the main entrance to our home. Guests are also welcome to use the main library and stroll in the garden or relax in the gazebo. Guests do not however have access to the family kitchen. Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are available for an additional charge. At least one of the hosts is usually at home and available for assistance when required. We are located in St Paul's Estate, a prestigious, quiet, well-established neighbourhood with foot and cycle paths to nearby parks, Bibra Lake, Adventure World and Cockburn Ice Arena. The nearest beach, South Beach, and shopping centres at Spearwood, Kardinya, Booragoon, Cockburn Central and Fremantle are all a short drive away. Bus stops are close by for routes to Murdoch Train Station and Fremantle. The 512 bus route is a 10 minute ride to Fiona Stanley Hospital, St John of God Hospital, Murdoch University and Murdoch Train Station. The 520 bus is a 15 minute ride to Fremantle. The neighbourhood has a well established network of foot and cycle paths. Our home is air-conditioned and very comfortable in all seasons. It is a ground level building and wheel-chair accessible with ramps provided at entry doors, although the house itself (bathroom and toilet) is not modified specifically for wheelchair use.
