This room has a lovely view of Central Lakes Park. It is a warm and bright space which catches the morning sun. It is private, quiet and clean with a very comfy bed, air conditioner & wifi available. This is a lovely, clean, modern space, separate from the rest of the house. Your privacy being key factor of this room. 5 minute walk from Caboolture Hospital and shopping centre. QUT/TAFE & Caboolture airfield 5 min drive. Train station 10min walk. The house is very large and ensures everyone has plenty of space. You will have access to bathroom, toilet/powder room, off the street parking if needed (All amenities will be shared). Kitchen is available for food preparation. Guests are welcome to put supplies in the fridge and use microwave, jug, toaster, utensils, plates and cups. Washing machine use charged at $5.00 per load, or else laundry mat close by. The host is a bubbly social person and up for a laugh and chat if her guests are interested. But respectful of your privacy if not. Up to you. I am happy to provide any info required about the local area and getting around. We are situated 5 min walk from Caboolture hospital and 200 metres from bus stop. Short walk to Caboolture train station. Across the road from parks, play ground and the magnificent central lake. Walking tracks surround the parks and lake. It is a quiet upper class area with shops in short walking distance. Inc (Woolworths, Coffee Club, Doctors, Subway, Mexican restaurant, Chemist, Hospital etc etc). Many tourist attractions close by including Australia Zoo, The Big Pineapple, Aussie World, Underwater World. We are situated just off the Bruce Highway half an hour from the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane CBD and 20 mins from Bribie Island. Access to public transport: Bus stop is 200m away which will take you into town and Caboolture train station is a short walk. Note breakfast is not provided but guests are welcome to put supplies in the fridge and use house utensils etc.
