Room in peaceful, leafy Goonellabah home

Room in family home. My home is ten minutes drive from Lismore Base Hospital, Southern Cross University and Lismore CBD. This guest room has a queen size bed. Even though it is situated on the road side of the house, the street is very quiet and peaceful. All areas of the house are accessible other than the other two bedrooms. I am available to check you in and answer any questions. I respect your need for peaceful relaxation and rest. It is a very quiet household, however, I am available for a cuppa and chat whenever. The neighborhood is secluded and quiet with an open area directly across the road. The property also adjoins a koala corridor, and we often have koalas visiting in our big gum tree at the front. It is a very short street set amongst bushland. Lots of birds. There is plenty of easy, flat, safe, off-street parking directly at the front of the house. There is a bus service available five minutes walk away, however, this property is better suited to guests with private vehicles. Fan provided. No air conditioning. Please be aware my home can become very hot in summer when temperatures reach above 37 degrees. Not suitable in summer for anyone who is high-temperature/humidity intolerant. Blankets usually suffice here in winter.
