The Cozy Getaway

Located on a beautiful 18 hole golf course with tons of gorgeous ponds, beautiful fairways and rolling hills. From the apartment, you are within walking distance to the golf course club house. You are also within walking distance to Statesville Airport, and during the right time of year, you are within walking distance to the nations 2nd largest hot air balloon rally, the Carolina Balloonfest. This happens in October. Quite, peaceful, private and very relaxing you won’t want to leave. Guests have full access to all spaces in the rental. This is a fully furnished efficiency apartment with the privacy you are looking for. The apartment is all inclusive, one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, deck, private entrance and off street designated parking. The A/C and heat is also controlled by the guest. This is your Cozy Get Away!! I try to greet all guests, I am always available by phone or text anytime day or night. It’s easy to get in touch with me as I live at the same location. The neighborhood is directly across from the Statesville airport. You will hear a plane every now and then but overall, you’ll never notice. To get around, a vehicle would be your best option. Statesville does have a taxi service as well as Uber and lyft Guest have access to security cameras outside the property if requested, specifically on the deck and the driveway where your car is parked.
