Bright double room in the trendy Seven Dials

A bright, warm room letting in lots of light. Located at the back of the house and double-glazed so quiet. It has a sink in the room (sorry hot tap doesn't work) and a recently refitted shared shower room. There is another bathroom for family use only. You are welcome to use the fridge to make light meals, salad, sandwich and microwave to heat up food, but I would prefer if you didn't cook as the cooker is often in use. Please help yourself to tea/coffee whenever you like. Guests have use of their room, the kitchen (not for cooking or working in), shared bathroom and downstairs garden. The lounge and roof terrace is for the owner's private use. Please ask if you need anything although I can't be disturbed if I am teaching in the lounge. I will help if I can but also please respect our privacy. I would not expect someone to disturb me if I am sleeping unless a real emergency. The neighbourhood is very friendly and safe - there is a good community feeling. There is residential parking permits. I am happy to sell a visitor permit if needed, they are £3.50 which lasts for the whole day. Please let me know in advance if you need these as I don't have a huge supply and may need to buy some more. Please note we do have two cats who are lovely and friendly.
