Privately located three miles from downtown Chillicothe on a 50 acre farm. The backyard overlooks pasture land and beautiful sunsets while the frontage is beautiful hillside and an inspirational sunrise. Relax on the patio and watch wildlife and cattle grazing. Rooms and patio area are designed for large groups. The kitchen is xlarge and was designed for group gatherings. Plenty of parking. length of stay discounts offered. Group of 10 or more required to gain access to lower level. Base price is based on 1 person. $15 per each additional person. Hillside Grotto (basement Great room with extra kitchen) is included with bookings of 10 or more If you would like to add it to a smaller booking # of 9 or less an additional $50 fee will be applied. Lower level bedroom availability based on booking numbers. Pets are not permitted inside the home. Pets including dogs, cats and cattle do live on farm. Overnight guests total must be registered prior to arrival and must match Airbnb #s. Unregistered guests are trespassers. Designating Smoking areas provided outside only. $100 cleanup fee for smoke cleanup assessed. Great retreat for hunters visiting the state hunting land. All guest must be registered through Airbnb. All registration details and guest numbers must be finalized prior to admittance. Checkin begins at 3:00 and Checkout is at 11:00. Additional fees will apply for late checkouts. The farmhouse includes walking paths(season permitting), fire pit, and a patio area in front and back of the home. Additional access of Hillside Grotto (lower level Great Room and Kitchen area) is granted to Bookings' of 10 or more people (additional cleaning fee may apply). this space can be added to bookings of 9 or less for an additional fee. There are several area state parks and designated public hunting areas. Many tourist attractions within a 7-mile radius ranging from the Hopewell Culture Indian Mounds, Tecumseh Outdoor Theater, Paints baseball, Dogwood Pass Western Town, The Historical Majestic Theatre, antiquing, shopping and much much more.
