We are 5-7 minutes walk from the nearest Palarivattom metro, auto & bus station, Renai Multispeciality Hospital & the International Stadium. As President of our Homeowners Neighborhood Association, you are in safe hands in this quiet yet iconic neighborhood with interesting cafes, yoga spots & reading rooms. The private stairs lead you to the top floor (2000 + sq.ft) of our city home. There are spaces with teak wooden floor, marble and granite. We have two skylights that brighten up the home all day. Our balcony is our morning and evening 'chai' spot where you can look down to our garden below. Pardon the occasional barks as we have 2 furry friends who would be far away from your private space. And don't worry our friends don't bite :) As it is our home, we have selected everything keeping the best in mind of the ones who stay with us. We love home decor and we hope you like our curios collected from near and far. Guests have access to the entire top floor beside two rooms that would be locked as it holds personal belongings. I am a retired but not tired working woman who still carry out my individual profession during the day. I live in the bottom floor of our home that has a different entrance door from the top floor, so you can have all the privacy you need. On the contrary, I am also very much available if you'd like to know anything about the neighborhood, city, food, shopping etc. As our two kids are married and settled in two different continents, we enjoy the company of our guests. We also host guests in our ancestral home in a village in Thrissur ( TJ's Home Stay). You can see those two other listings in my profile.
