We take the utmost care in applying cleaning and disinfection protocols. This is really a quiet place and therefore not suitable for groups who want to party. Ideal for families. We have 2 MTB bicycles on request. Located in a very quiet residential area, but not isolated. South oriented, so it has a lot of sun all day. The house is completely renovated and has everything you need. Enjoy its large terrace, overlooking the mountains and sea, ideal for dining out in the hottest days and eating out at noon at any time of year. It has central heating and a fireplace for a more pleasant stay during the winter months. We have 2 MTB bicycles on request that allow you to move around the area and access the multiple MTB routes of the Montnegre-Corredor natural park Full house. There is no difficulty in leaving the car right in front of the house, in an outside parking lot free of toll. There is also the option of entering the car inside, on the access ramp to the garden. The train station is 15 minutes away on foot, with trains to Barcelona every 15 minutes. Arenys de Mar is renowned for its beaches and its gastronomy, with several renowned restaurants. Its fishing port and marina are also very popular. During the summer months, there is intense cultural activity and social life along its most commercial street, known as "La Riera". Discover the local gastronomy, with daily fish from Arenys' port and local products from the Maresme area, vegetables and its famous strawberries and cherries.
