Large En-Suite Room. It's called "mirror Image" because each side has a bed and lounging sofa. The room also boasts a large walk-in closet. The bathroom is spacious and full of amenities. For your convenience, there is a small refrigerator and microwave. It is very convenient for business travel. Large desk/strong Wifi/ UBS outlets and IPAD/Computer dock. Nearby hospitals and medical schools make me a constant with nurses and residents. It is quiet. Walking distance public transportation. The house was built in 1880. It's located in a town that is now for its Historic Homes. I am in a unique location. I am in a suburban town, located right in the center of "downtown" That makes me convenient for walking to public transportation/shopping/restaurants. I'm an "affordable" alternative to the expensive NYC prices..across the street, the bus to NYC, (1 hour to Time Square) Two blocks away, the railways to NYC (Penn> Station.) I am within 10 miles of at least 8 hospitals. In the Spring/Summer/Fall season I have a Gazebo in the backyard I am an Owner/Occupant, I live on the premises and I am always available. Plainfield NJ is an "Old Town." During the industrial revolution and primarily because of the railroad that shuttled New York Bankers and businessmen to Philadelphia for more business, Plainfield was developed as a resort/getaway/fresh air place for wealthy families. As a result, we have large homes and many Historic Districts. My house is in the middle of downtown. More urban than suburban and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Public transportation is also walking distance. Easy, Breezy. Either by public transportation of highways. I am centrally located. Bus and Trains, (two blocks away) Highways, (all of them) or nearby and easy to find. For the past seven months, I have exclusively hosted traveling nurses and doctors. I fall in the "high risk" health category, as a result, I follow very strict covid19 safety procedures. I am the perfect place for remote business and quarantine.
