Palm Grove - An artist's garden paradise

Palm Grove is a calm and serene place for the budget conscious family, group, or individual to stay and spend time in Accra. This four bedroom house (three bedrooms currently ready for use) is set within a lovingly designed and well maintained tropical palm garden. As an artist I have put my heart into creating the garden over the years and you will find some of my art as decoration within the house as well. The property is located in Adenta, northern Accra, close to the main Accra-Aburi road. The stand-out feature is the mature, lovingly designed and well maintained tropical palm garden in which the house is set. The house itself has four bedrooms of which three or currently available for guests - individually (see my other listings) or as a single unit (i.e. the whole house) via this listing. The rooms are furnished functionally with beds and wardrobes in each of the bedrooms, a sofa etc in the living room, and a kitchen with gas cooker and fridge/freezer. There are also two bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet, etc. Each room as a ceiling fan but there is no AC in the house. The property is located in Adenta, north Accra, close to the main Airport-Legon-Aburi road (N4). For this listing the entire house and garden will be accessible and private for guests. I also have listings for the bedrooms individually - in which case kitchen, living room, and garden are shared. I have lived in Accra for most of my life and my own home is not too far away. I can be reached via phone and will be more than happy to give advice and tips where to shop, what to see, etc. while you are in Accra. Adenta is a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood north of Accra central and the airport area. It is easily reachable from downtown Accra via the main Airport-Legon-Aburi road (N4) and close to the serene views and cooler climate of Aburi and the surrounding hills. There are a couple of smaller shops, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, and roadside fruit sellers right on the doorstep. You can easily walk from the property to the nearest main road and get a taxi, Uber, or tro tro (cheap local shared minibus) from there. Long stays will include weekly cleaning.
