Crane Cottage - a cute and private studio

The studio is located at the rear of the main house and faces away from it so is quiet and private. There is rear lane entry and covered parking for one vehicle. Amenities include: wifi; a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; separate bathroom; tv and video player; air conditioning; and a ‘5 star’ king size bed (super comfy!). Basics such as teabags, coffee, milk, and sugar are provided. There is a SPAR supermarket, bottle shop, post office and laundromat 200 metres away. I leave the degree of interaction up to you. I am onsite but you will not see me unless you choose to. I am available by phone or text and will respond quickly to any requests. The property is a 5 minute drive from Lismore CBD, walking distance to St Vincent’s Private Hospital, a few minutes drive from Southern Cross University, 200 metres from a SPAR supermarket, PO and laundromat, 35 minutes from Ballina, and 50 minutes from Byron Bay. It is located in an old established area of Lismore, at the foot of Girards Hill, where Robinson’s Lookout overlooks the town. Best have a car for exploring the area, though the CBD and many amenities are in walking distance. There is off street undercover parking for one vehicle. A second may be accommodated by negotiation. There is no washing machine on the premises but the laundromat is 200 metres away. A portacot is available on request. Pets are welcome. I love dogs and am happy to host them. There is a one off fee of $50 per stay. Generally, I ask that pets not be left unattended though dog minding is available by arrangement and for an additional fee.
