Our place is a tap water Private pool resort ideal for team building activities, birthday parties, reunions, etc.. Our location is very accessible. Rates are for 2PM~10AM, 20hrs sched for 15 guests w/2rooms. Extra rooms are available as optional add-ons. Max sleeping space is 25 (4 rooms). We have caretakers inside the area. If you need assistance, feel free to approach them. Their room is located near the garage. Getting to buy something you need is not an issue. We are located near the highway where public transport going to malls and supermarkets is available. 1. Usable bed spaces depend on the # of booked guests. 2. Our pool water temperature is normal (Tap) not hot. 3. Sleeping capacity is for this listing is 15. 4. Maximum sleeping capacity is 25 (Upgrade to 4 rooms).
