Karen's Cosy Cottage is a low-set, Queenslander that has been completely renovated and is now a bright, modern, homely space for families & couples alike. This pet-friendly home offers a beautiful deck and large yard to enjoy, along with two comfortable bedrooms with queen beds luxury linen and modern bathroom and full kitchen. This property is only a five minute walk to the hospital, coffee shops, popular convenience store and butcher. Early check-in (from 10am). Late check-out (2pm). My fully-fenced yard has a large dog kennel with two bowls. There is also a lovely outdoor fire pit and sitting area as well as a large undercover deck with BBQ. The main bedroom has an air-conditioning unit, walk in wardrobe, smart tv and ceiling fans throughout. The kitchen has a full sized fridge/ freezer, microwave and large 6 burner stove and electric oven for all you're entertaining needs. You will find basic condiments, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar for your stay. The outdoor laundry has washing machine and dryer, and a clothes line. A woodfire stove will also keep you cosy during the cooler months. Wood will be supplied for guests. There is also a small herb garden for guests to help-themselves to - a great addition to your cooking. Guests have access to the entire fully fenced property, including the outdoor laundry. There is a self check in box to access keys for house. Guests are welcome to contact me anytime. The neighbourhood is a lovely quite area close to shops and hospital. Many wonderful attractions to enjoy. Maryborough is the heritage city and the gateway to Hervey Bay and Fraser Island. This historic town has many wonderful things to see and do to make your holiday a memorable stay. Buses are available a five minute walk away, located at the Maryborough Base Hospital. Guests can park in an undercover carport (1 vehicle) and a second vehicle will fit behind, inside the front driveway. Please park in driveway not on street or footpath. There is a single carport for your vehicle.
