Elevated position in a quiet cul de sac our 3 bedroom timber frame holiday cottage is fresh and inviting. Only a short walk to the beach, general store, tennis courts, park, Binningup Beach Cafe, Country Club, golf course and Water Sports Association. 1.5 hours south of Perth and centrally located to the gateway to Ferguson Valley wine region. Close to Old Coast Brewery and 15 min from shopping centre at Treendale. The front deck with chairs and daybed is very relaxing overlooking the fully fenced large front lawn. There are 2 Queen bedrooms with wardrobes and the 3rd having 2 single beds. There is a well equipped kitchen with hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. The living area has a comfortable leather lounge with TV/DVD. It also has air conditioning unit. The bathroom\laundry is spacious with front loading washing machine and a separate toilet. Beautiful polished jarrah floorboards throughout excluding wet areas that are tiled. For entertaining there is a large limestone undercover patio at the rear of the cottage with table and seating for 10 people. There is a Webber Q and kettle Webber available to use. Large driveway for private parking and room for a boat. Fishing rods also available to use. This is a family friendly property although please note there are no power point covers or cupboard locks. However there is a gate at the steps on front decking. Pets allowed on request. However, not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms so please bring their own beds. We live in neighbouring town and are available via telephone. Key can be accessed from lock box for self check in. Binningup is a popular holiday destination for families or couples. It has a protected area for swimming, diving, snorkelling or beach fishing as it has a natural reef that runs parrallel. It also has a natural boat ramp from the main beach. 4WD access is available south of the main beach or north via West Coast Drive. Binningup also boasts a stunning 9 hole golf course and a bowling club. Dinning out available from the Country Club and also the Fishing Club at weekends and delicious wood fired pizza from the Binningup Beach Cafe situated at the Caravan Park. The general store stock all necessities such as groceries, alcohol, fuel, bait, ice and also takeaway food including fish and chips.
