San terenzo is well connected by frequent buses to the cities of La Spezia and Sarzana, both 10 km away. From the Central Station to La Spezia there are frequent trains to the Cinque Terre. From Lerici, reachable on foot along the fantastic promenade along the sea (20 minutes), ferries leave for the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Tellaro, Punta Corvo.
