Waterfront boat house

This is a Boat house on the waterfront, modern in design and comfortable in every way. Full size kitchen and bathroom with loft bedroom. There is furniture for outside enjoyment with a small outdoor BBQ for guests. This accommodation is totally self contained and separate from the the main family house. There is a large grassed area outside for enjoying the unique water front activities or just relaxing with food and drinks. The grassed area and the pontoon, water for swimming and canoe. Fishing also if interested. We, as hosts, are available by phone and are happy to interact with advice for transport and other information. The main family home is on the property for interaction with our guests for their needs and wants anytime. We are surrounded by water and nature with all other amenities- shopping, eating, theatre, cinemas and transport available Public transport by bus is available on the road outside the main house. This will take you to the local shopping centre ( 10 minutes ) and to the train station to go into the city ( 30 minutes )for all the major Sydney city attractions e.g. Opera House and harbour, Sydney Harbour bridge, Darling harbour, Bondi beach, ferry services on the harbour and to Manly beach etc. If you have your own car, there is off street parking available. We are surrounded by water and the natural bush land of the Royal National Park. This makes our position in Sydney a very special and rare location with all opportunities for city sites and water and bush walking opportunities. The bus stops outside the main house gate to go to the local shopping centre/ plaza and the train station. It is 40 minutes to central Sydney and all the major tourist attractions. The situation is also within walking distance to corner store, cafe + takeaway. The Royal National Park is within walking distance and surrounds this suburb with the Port Hacking River also. Local surfing and recreation beaches are just 15 minutes by bus or train. Nature is all around us!
