Self contained home with 3 guest bedrooms all with queen beds. Extra bed in living room fold out sofa. Kitchen has all the features of been at home with cooking needs. Private back garden with locked side gates for privacy and large side driveway to fit caravan or small boat behind fence. Double lock up garage and full laundry and clothes line. Walking distance to bottle shop, McDonald's, fish shop, bakery and petrol station. 24 hours petrol and McDonald's in local walking distance. Booking if for 1 person per night, and then to include additional people thereafter. Home offers three queen size beds, three bedrooms. If only one bedroom booked for 1 - 2 people then the other bedrooms are locked securely for non access during stay as there is a p/p charge as listed in this booking at a charge of $125 p/p weekly non peek, and the additional person $50 per night. Rates differ during peek season and weekends. Linen provide - bed coverings, pillows and towels. Pantry has basic starter for the traveller of salt, pepper, cooking oil, some non perishable food items. Feel free to use moderately and leave foods you don't need for the next visitor. Private garden with indoor / outdoor patio for relaxing and reading a book and taking in the sounds of nature. Laundry has washing machine. Kitchen has full meal preparation and dining needs etc. Indoor outdoor patio offers tranquillity to the home been out the back and can enjoy listening to sounds of nature nearby with birds. Note some personal belongings are stored in garage however enough room for a small car or 4x4. I live within the suburb nearby and can be contacted for urgency if required. Please note any non emergency calls after hours will be charged at a rate of call out fee of $50 Walking tracks close and around neighborhood and can have a small 1 km stroll around the block and not get lost on your walk. Close to bus stop on main road that will either take you to local shopping center or train station to travel to city of Brisbane for a day out. Within 5 km's to two local shopping centers all have major food shops for all your essential needs, including three Dr's surgeries for emergencies. Strictly no parties as this is not a party home due to quiet neighbourhood and is a family house. This is a non smoking home, however have supplied outdoor ashtray for those who smoke in need. smoking permitted outdoors only as any smoke smells in the home will need to pay extra for cleaning costs and will be charged. NO refunds if asked to leave due to unforeseen noise as mentioned from parties or large gatherings if alerted as I have clearly mentioned that this is not a party house and breaking these rules will incur penalties will be charged by air BNB for disturbance. Please leave home as you found it, as additional cleaning will be charged for at checkout if home is found with more than the acceptable clean-up costs when cleaners need to refresh and clean for next guest booking.
