Private apartment with kitchenette

A quiet private apartment, in a separate building next to our home at the end of a cul-de-sac. About 10 minutes from the Navy base, 10 minutes from St Mary's City, 15 minutes from Leonardtown, and 30 minutes from Cove Point. The fully furnished 350 sq ft apartment features a living room / dining room combination with kitchenette, and a separate private bedroom. The kitchenette includes a full-sized fridge, built-in microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and coffee pot. The living area includes a 32" TV with a Roku streaming player, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa bed. The large custom-tiled shower is handicap accessible. The driveway includes parking for one guest's private vehicle. Shared laundry facilities are available in the building via a separate entrance. You will have full access to the entire apartment, which has a separate entrance. You will be given a temporary key code to the electronic door lock, for complete privacy and security. The owners live just feet away in our own home. We will usually be available to assist you with unexpected needs. Bay Ridge Estates is a quiet residential neighborhood with 1/4 to 1/2 acre lots, and full of friendly folks. Be sure to view the map below the reviews, and zoom out to see lots of things to do in the local area. There is no easy public transportation in this small town, so a private vehicle is essential. There are three rental car locations within 5 miles. There are plenty of shopping and dining options within 5 miles, including many big-name restaurants and stores. Mary's College is only 10 minutes south. Leonardtown and St Mary's Hospital are about 15 minutes north. The Patuxent River Naval Air Station and the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) main gate is about 10 minutes east. The Cove Point construction site is about 30 minutes north. About 90 minutes from Baltimore-Washington Airport and 75 minutes from Reagan National Airport (in good traffic). Beth and Brandon are both fully vaccinated as of April 2021. This apartment is half of the structure; the other half is a long-term rental. Since we keep this space as allergen-free as possible, we cannot accept any reservations with a pet.
