This is Room 1 of the Guest House of TJM Tropical Resort and it can accommodate up to 7 persons who will sleep overnight. Fully air-conditioned, with own bathroom and balcony. 1 Towel will be provided in case anyone forgot their towels. There are toiletries available at the resort which are sold in the reception. We do not have restaurant yet, but you can order food from our partner restaurants. The menu will be provided in the House/Cabin you booked. Access will still be limited to the cabins/rooms/house included in the respective Packages. The Main house, which has its own premises and swimming pool separate from the rest of the Cabins/Guest house, will still be available for booking by other guests. If you want that the Main house is also closed, the exclusive fee will be Php 6,500 and not Php 5,000. You may consume these fruits for FREE, provided that you consume it during your stay. If you want to take out some fruits, the price will be subject to the prevailing market prices. The fruits are subject to availability. The staff would be willing to assist you during your stay. One of our staff can also meet you up at Shell Gasoline Station Cuenca, just along National Road, to guide you in going into our property. The neighborhood is composed basically of farm lots, some resort and guest house. It is very peaceful and quiet, filled with fresh air. This property is minutes away from the Cuenca public market, convenience stores like 7-11, Batangas Goto and Lomi eatery, and others. The Alitagtag Town Center is also nearby. There is no considerable light pollution in the neighborhood, so you can clearly see the night sky by turning off some of the lights in the resort. The nearest beach is located at Anilao Batangas (approx. 25km) or at Lemery Batangas (approx 20km). Approx. 19km to Batangas Port. This is also near Taal so you can quickly visit Taal Heritage Town. (Approx. 15km ~20-25min. by car) Shopping Malls are located at Lipa City, Batangas. (Approx 16km. ~30min. by car) If you want to explore the Batangas province, this is a good place to be, because Cuenca is quite in the middle of Batangas province. If you don't know how to find the property, you may contact our resort manager for further assistance (contact number will be provided after you book as exchange of contact numbers is prohibited by Airbnb unless you are already booked). If public transport: You can ride a taxi from the airport to Buendia Avenue corner Taft Avenue. There are several bus station there. Find a bus going to Lemery Batangas, and tell the driver or conductor to drop you at Shell gasoline station in Cuenca Batangas (along national highway San Felipe Cuenca). There is only one Shell gasoline station in Cuenca. Once you are at shell, there are tricycles that can bring you to the resort. If you have a private vehicle: Form NAIA, go to South Luzon Expressway (Southbound), then continue until you reach STAR Tollway (another expressway connected to South Luzon Expressway). At the STAR Tollway, exit at Lipa exit then follow national road going to Cuenca Batangas. Once at Cuenca Batangas, look for Shell Gasoline Station, it is just along National highway. Turn right after about 200 meters, you will also see signs that will lead to the resort. We are currently not offering any transport service. There are birds nesting on the basement of the Main House, please do not disturb them and do not destroy their nests. These are rare birds called cave swiftlet. Pets are allowed but we highly discourage bringing them into the room. If you do, make sure they are contained or inside a cage because subsequent guests may be allergic to fur. Also, they are not allowed near the pool area. Cleanliness and safety of other guests and our staff is highly observed. These are just for safety precautions. We reserve the right to charge you for any damages your pets may cause The place is semi-secluded and internet service providers haven't reached the place yet so we rely on wireless broadband connection for internet connection. However, the signal is sometimes weakened due to the weather and can be further weakened when multiple devices connect to the router so the wifi might be challenging at times. Approx. 15km to Taal Heritage town, 16km to Lipa City (for shopping), 25km to Anilao beach, 20km to Lemery beach and 19km to Batangas Port. ~2 hours travel time from Metro Manila via SLEX-STAR Tollway.
