Graceland - Direct Beach Access with Boat parking

#Our family home has direct access to Allestree beach. It's just on our backyard! #At summer time, relax at the beach or , maybe catch some Yabby for fishing bait, or simply fish by the ocean. #Enjoy a cuppa on top of the rock looking toward the ocean. #During winter time you can watch the whales on the rock #Excellent space for boat parking. We kindly asked our fisherman not to clean their fish in the house. We'd like to keep the beach smell stay on the beach. :) Directions # We will provide directions to our home upon confirmation of your booking. #Allestree is located approx 14 minutes from Portland City, and approx 4 hour from Melbourne's . #Our driveway can fit 2 cars, otherwise there is plenty of street parking and you can walk up the short driveway. #Boat parking is available from the side gate. Padlock lock . We are available via sms. Its a very quiet neighbourhood. Drive 14 minutes to Portland town to access restaurant, cafe or groceries shops. Boat parking is available.
