Beautiful guest house on wooded lot

We are offering a two bedroom guest house. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is a den with satellite TV and one of the bedrooms has satellite TV. There is a full kitchen and microwave. Outside there is a swimming pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and game room. We are in Greenville Texas which is thirty minutes from Rockwall and one hour from Dallas and ninety minutes from DFW airport. 2 bedroom 1 bath with full Kitchen. Use of on site swimming pool, hot tub during the cooler months, dry sauna, horseshoe pit, game room with pool table and ping pong,and artificial grass putting green. Covered parking, pool, hot tub during the cooler months, dry sauna, artificial grass putting green, game room with pool table and ping pong table, wifi, satellite TV, and lots of birds We will be available if our guests need us. We will want to try and meet them when they arrive. Our neighborhood is quiet and wooded and full of wildlife. There is no public transportation. You will need a rental car. Finding our house is difficult so look at the directions I have posted. If you don't want to drive into Dallas, there is a rapid transit system in a nearby town called Rowlett that will take you by train. You get tickets at the train (DART rail station). We are both dentists, so if you need dentistry we are available. Our office has been voted best dental practice in Greenville for five years in a row.
