( there are NO SEPARATE BEDROOMS) and set into the roof line . Wood plantation shutters are the ‘doors’ that close off each cubbie for privacy. Each cubbie has a set in bookshelf with 2 USB ports /1 electrical plug outlet, a small personal fan and an RH light sconce on the wall. There are 2 very large drawers UNDER EACH CUBBIE and 2 overhead cabinets are used to store clothes / essentials of each cubbie occupant. Down pillows and duvets cover custom made bedding . Every aspect of this property is hip and cool with very high end finishes . This space is very unique and probably not something you have seen before. Gorgeous bathroom , kitchen/ bar / island with a 2 burner induction stove , mini free standing ‘oven’ on the back counter ( code doesn’t permit ovens in this kind of outbuilding ) , Bosch dishwasher, Sharp microwave drawer, Nespresso machine , regular coffee machine , and every amenity imaginable (Nutribullet , magic billet , electric tea kettle , blender) . The Barn has a private large outdoor shower space at the back of the property as well as a ‘wood powered’ fire pit! . Deck has a table, 1 lounge chair and a propane grill. . Great sound system and a 55” Samsung Smart TV.( no cable.. sorry!) . Beautiful in every way. This space has showhouse potential. Must see to believe. Pets permitted on a case by case basis at an additional daily charge. Abundant parking. Available by text... phone ...or in person. Private street but still very easy to get to the town of Eagles Mere by foot bike or car. Car , bike or foot is best way to get to the lake or country club. This is a super fun space that is highly sought after whenever there is a big family gathering. Feels campy yet it’s beautiful. High end in every way. Gorgeous bed linens in each cubbie.
