Ground level of a unique 3-storey home with your own private entrance. Walled troppo-garden with magnificent plunge pool. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Flooded with natural light and littered with quirky features, this home oozes character. A destination in itself. We live on the top and below-ground levels of the house. We access the top level via an outdoor staircase that is within the backyard. To get to the below-ground level we use an internal stairwell that is locked from the guest area. The pool and laundry facilities are shared. Mango & Keiffee (dogs) have access to the pool yard if we are home. We are available during the day by phone and email. During the night, you can ring the stairwell bell for emergencies. Let us know if you want to source groceries prior to your arrival. Alawa, is one of the quieter northern suburbs of Darwin. 'Alawa' is named after an Aboriginal tribe in the Roper River region.
