A truly unique, private water front home! Character filled home right on the water in Sydney's beautiful Pittwater. The perfect place to unwind, work from home or get away with friends. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, exploring the hiking trails through the National Park or simply take in the view of passing boats from the comfort of the living room. Lovett Bay is special slice of Paradise and we can't wait to share it with you. Please note we can not have guest’s boats unfortunately. The perfect hideaway for a quiet break, or a fun filled getaway with friends. Upstairs boasts a Queen bedroom, a second bedroom, bathroom with shower-over-bath, a well equipped kitchen and an open living/ dining area with spectacular views across views across Pittwater to Scotland Island, opening up to a balcony, which is perfect for breakfast in the sun. A separate downstairs area contains another 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Lovett Bay truly is a hidden paradise. Surrounded by the Blue Gums of Ku-Ring-Gai National Park, you'll be serenaded by Kookaburras and Lyre Birds, and will quickly make friends with the local wallabies who wander onto the front lawn to say hello most mornings and evenings. Offer them some fruits scraps and they'll quickly become your best friends! If you're lucky, you might even see a Goanna or a Python....but don't worry, they're harmless! If you feel like being active, we have kayaks for exploring on the water, or take a hike through the National Park to the hidden waterfalls and Aboriginal rock carvings. Please note there is no boat tie up access at the property. The house is off-shore, so it's easiest to come prepared with everything you need for your stay. The well equipped kitchen includes a La Pavoni espresso machine, Niche Zero coffee grinder, pasta maker and more. If you do need to pop to the shops, the Pasadena Pantry and Waterfont Café at Church Point both have lovely gourmet produce and delicious dining options. Stick around for the live music at the Waterfront Café on Sunday afternoons! The house has reliable internet and includes access to Netflix and Stan. If you are arriving by car, the best parking options are Church Point, or Taylor's Point. From here, the house can then be accessed by water taxi (approx. $30 from Church Point or $60 from Taylor's Point). There is also a ferry that runs from Church Point to Lovett Bay. The ferry stop is a short 5 minute walk through the bush track to the house.
