SeaEsta at Erowal Bay (near Jervis Bay) is the perfect holiday destination to relax and unwind. This self-contained newly renovated 1 bedroom cottage comfortably sleeps up to 6 people and is close to all the amenities of St George's Basin, Jervis Bay National Park & Hyams Beach. Where will I be? SeaEsta is located on the waters-edge of the pristine waters of St George's Basin at Erowal Bay. The cabin is an easy 500 metre walk to the Erowal Bay General Store, bottle shop and takeaway. Erowal Bay is also only a five minute drive to Hyams Beach and the Booderee National Park, and 7 minutes to Vincentia and 15 minutes to Huskisson. The cabin has convenient parking as well as shared access right down to the water's edge where you'll meet the local pelicans, kangaroos, wallabies, and ducks. What is there to do? Erowal Bay, on the St. Georges Basin, is ideal for many water activities such as Fishing, Prawning, Water Skiing, Swimming, Kayaking; There are local tennis courts for hire; the Erowal Bay General Store is well stocked with grocery items, liquor, fishing tackle and bait, and is also a newsagent and Post Office and Cafe. Erowal Bay has a Public Jetty beside the Boat Ramp, so launching and retrieving your boat is safe and easy. The Boat Ramp is only 450 metres down the road. Cycling around the St. Georges Basin offers many picturesque scenes as well as lots of fresh air. Jervis Bay, within a 10 minute drive, is also renowned for Whale/Dolphin watch cruises; Hyams Beach for its white sandy beaches, National Parks, Botanic Gardens and Historical sites and Museums. There are also dive schools, boat, canoe and scooter hire. Supermarket shopping is available in Vincentia, within 7 minutes' drive. Huskisson is within 15 minutes drive. There are also several golf courses in the area. A wide variety of cafes, restaurants and clubs cater to all tastes and budgets. How is the property laid out? SeaEsta has a living area (TV, lounge and small dining area). The double bed resides just off the living area (studio style). There is a separate bedroom with 2 single bunk beds. There is also a kitchen and bathroom (toilet & shower). The kitchen does not have an oven/stove, but does have a microwave oven, plug in electric frypan, plug in induction cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, blender, full cutlery and crockery. There is also an outdoor 4-burner gas bbq. The cabin sleeps up to six people with the following bed arrangements: • Bedroom: Two bunk beds (sleeps 4 people) • Living area: Double bed (sleeps 2 people) What about bed sheets and bath towels? SeaEsta supply pillow and doona’s (including doona covers) only. You are welcome to bring your own linen, or we can provide linen hire via our cleaner as follows: Double bed $50 Single bed $25 (each) Linen hire includes bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, bath mat and hand towel. If you require linen hire, please notify us when booking. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: [QUESTION: Why don’t you automatically supply linen and towels? ANSWER: History has shown that 90% of our guests would prefer to save the additional cost to hire and bring their own. This makes our accommodation more affordable for those guests wanting to bring their own linen]. [QUESTION: why are linen and towel hire an additional cost? ANSWER: We hire the fresh linen and towels from a professional supplier and pass on the costs incurred to the guest]. You will have the entire use of this property and access to keys is via a lock box. We host remotely, respecting guests privacy and are available via phone call, messages and email. Right on StGeorge's basin and minutes from the world famous Hyams Beach, Caves Beach and Booderee National Park. You can walk to the local general store. The large supermarket is a five minute drive. Beaches are also within a few minutes drive. There is a nice scenic bike track along the waters edge from Vincentia to Huskisson.
