Your private bedroom and living space is adjacent to your dedicated bathroom, and shared kitchen. The back yard offers a fire pit for nightly fires and gas grill. We mainly live upstairs in the home. Guests have private entrance and can interact with us as much or as little as they wish. We hope to make the guest feel at home in the kitchen and offer whatever is needed. This is a quiet-safe neighborhood. There is a kids park one block away with tennis and basketball courts. WiFi password information is located at bed stand. Fire extinguisher is located in bedroom. A room divider is located under the bed to provide some privacy. Coffee is on around 6:30-7:00 mornings.
