Self contained apartment[attached to main home with own private entry] situated in a quiet cul de sac within 3 minutes walk of Kingston Beach and within minutes of coffee shops and restaurants.I have been a member of airbnb since oct 2016 but as a host I started the end of nov. 2019!!! Our home is one on the picture supplied!! Very well presented unit on the level[2 step entrance] with some new furniture and extra large main bedroom! Completely private with own access and parking for 2 cars! Kingston Beach is a very popular area within 11 kilometers of Hobart. There are well maintained coastal walks with magnificent aspects and views. Also next to a play ground reserve!! The closest bus stop is 200 meters with a 20 minute commute to Hobart. we are within 300 meters to the beach with a walk way to the beach at the end of the culdesac. And also within 200 meters from the bus stop!
