Cute, self contained, holiday home located close to the beach front in Denham, with plenty of room in the yard to park your boat. This home features all the modern amenities you need on holiday and is just a 30 minute drive to beautiful Monkey Mia. Unfortunately there is no WIFI available. There is a main bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a set of single bunks. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, and microwave. It has one bathroom with separate toilet, toilet paper on arrival, shower, bath, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Lounge with comfortable seating, Digital TV, DVD, and air-conditioning. *****No WiFi***** Enjoy the courtyard and there is a massive yard area in the back to park boats, trailers, vans, buses or trucks, and plenty of room for parking vehicles (however - there is no undercover parking provided). Unfortunately our gardens are not maintained as we do not live in the area. This property is just two minutes from Shark Bay town center, beach, the information center, and restaurants, including the not to be missed Old Pearler Restaurant. Only a short stroll to the beach side where you can find boat ramps, free gas BBQ's, grassed area, amazing kids playground & kilometers of cycle ways along the foreshore starting at Nessie’s Beach. Try some squidding or fishing off the jetty or just walk along the cycle ways, checking out the emu’s which often wander the main-street. Enjoy local tours, fishing, sightseeing or visit Ocean Park or the Shark Bay World Heritage Discovery & Visitors Centre. PLEASE BE ADVISED CHECKOUT IS STRICTLY 10AM. HOW TO GET HERE: Drive: A nine hours scenic drive North of Perth. Take the new coastal highway (may not come up on your GPS). It is safer, quicker, less km's and more scenic. Fly: Skippers Air.
