The property has gated electronic entrance for your security and it's own private parking directly beside its own front door. Set in the conservation area of trendy and cosmopolitan Moseley village. Full of cafe culture, shops and restaurants and the famous leafy parks . A lovely historic area full of Edwardian and Victorian villas with grand architecture. Moseley has long been a sought after area in which to live by professionals, academics ,celebrities and artists. It has something for everyone and is just a short 10 minute drive to the heart of Birmingham. Tudor Lodge is an original old building with bags of personality and character. Old on the outside but modern on the inside. It has its own small private woodland style patio garden which is private and fenced with patio table and chairs. Entrance to the patio area is not direct from the house. Guests need to who out of the front doors and walk a short distance, to access the gate to the private house garden. A separate larger communal garden with grass and seating areas is also available to guests . Just 10 minutes walk to the shops ,cafes parks and restaurants of the centre of Moseley village. One of Birmingham's most vibrant and Popular areas. Entrance to the house itself is by large private front door from a flat parking area. We are always available by text, email or phone call. Fabulous location, full of grand old buildings. Moseley conservation area is mostly Edwardian and Victorian, with some outstanding architecture. Moseley is also full of parks and greenspace. Lots of shops, eateries, cafes and. restaurants . We have our own Marks and Spencers food Hall plus many other eatineries. An area that is certainly continuing in it popularity. Moseley is just a stone's throw from the universities and teaching hospitals of Birmingham ,The nightlife and commerce of the city centre and the famous Edgbaston cricket ground. Bourneville, home to Cadburys chocolate factory are close neighbours. Birmingham Airport, NEC Bullring shopping and markets are also close by, as is Birmingham botanical gardens. A little further brings us to Stratford Upon Avon ,famous for Shakespear, Warwick castle and many other attractions such as Twycross zoo. So much to see and do in Birmingham. All locations are easily accessible by car or taxi. Requests for pets must me made to the host and are not guaranteed . Pet stays are at additional cost and on a case by case basis. To pay for additional cleaning, if a pet stay is agreed in advance by the host, the guest is charged 5 pounds per pet per night . This is paid locally to the host on arrival. Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas. Toileting of any dog cannot be made in the small woodland patio garden beside the house.
