Very cozy with lots of privacy. I have strict house rules. We have a very comfortable lounging area for guests but please observe the rules. No loud talking. We serve breakfast/dinner and do laundry for you with a minimal charge. No more laundry after 5pm. Please always ask for assistance from our staff. I definitely give my guest their privacy. But they can always interact with everyone in the house, although strict rules are to be followed. Friendly and quiet neighborhood but you can walk safely and mingle with the locals. Transportation is not a problem. We are very close to the main road or you can walk to downtown. We are not smokers but since our place is open air, it is not prohibited, but please smoke away from people and I suggest you ask for ashtrays every time you smoke.
