Fully equipped spacious two bedroom apartment located just 7 km from the CBD, 10 minutes drive to Perth Airport and walking distance to the Morley Galleria Shopping and Entertainment Centre. Free Internet, parking and coffee/tea. Bright open living and dining area with outdoor balcony with BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine and many extras. Full use of sparkling Pool. The kitchen is equipped with full amenities including fridge/freezer, crockery and cutlery, coffee maker and kettle. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and TV with DVD player, USB and HDMI plugin. There is free WiFi internet access. The balcony has comfortable table seating a BBQ and sun lounge - perfect for sunbathing. Towels and bedding provided, Yoga mats, snorkeling gear are ready to use for your enjoyment. Guests have full access with smart look/keyless access to the entire apartment. Guests may also enjoy the shared pool (two apartments share the pool) located on the ground floor. The shared pool is accessible through our garden (stairs down from the balcony into our garden than open the gate to the pool area). We live in the apartment below the holiday apartment and welcome our guest to join us for a BBQ, a nice chat or a night out in Perth, but we also happy to leave our guests in peace and let them enjoy their stay in peace and privacy. The neighbourhood is well maintained and quiet. Just far enough away from Morleys restaurant and shopping strip to enjoy relaxed evenings away from the major traffic area We have two lovely, well-behaved dogs living in our house and garden. Pool access is through the garden. The dogs love visitors and will cause no issues, but let us know if you are not comfortable with dogs and we will arrange something that will work for you.
