Quiet Whitsunday rural setting

Your accommodation is a separate building from the main house on a rural property with 28 acres surrounded by cattle, sugarcane and beautiful trees. Private and quiet location half way between Proserpine and Airlie Beach and access to all the Whitsunday Islands. It's an easy drive from our place that takes only 20-25 minutes. Please, no pets allowed. Separate guesthouse with 2 large bedrooms. Main bedroom with king size bed, 2nd bedroom with 4 single beds. Heaps of storage, own bathroom, toilet and spa bath with shower. The kitchen comes with electric cook top, range hood, microwave, pots, pans, sandwich press, electric fry pan, toaster, blender and small fridge. Plates, cups, glasses and cutlery supplied. A washing machine is in the bathroom and a clothes line is next to your accommodation. Spacious living and dining room with table and 6 chairs, TV and 2 lounge chairs. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and living area. Port a cot, highchair and pram is also available. There is plenty of space to securely park your boat, caravan or trailer next to your accommodation. PLEASE NOTE: No pets allowed and we're on filtered bore water. Washing machine is in your accomadation and dryer can be used on request. Separate clothes line on accommodation. You can walk around the property and help yourself to our fruit and nut trees when in season. We live in the house next to your accommodation and any qustions we're happy to help. Out of town, surrounded by beautiful trees with privacy, nice views and still close to all the tourist attractions in the area. About 15 min. drive to shopping center in Cannonvale and 20-25 min. drive to Airlie Beach. We are 5 Km of the Bruce Highway, coming from the South and 10 Km coming from the North. Proserpine is only 7 Km, and has some good pubs for meals, 2 supermarkets and local shops. Car rental is readily available in the Whitsunday region. We don't have a public bus stop on our property, so you need your own transport to travel around the area. Always happy to help out and explain what the area has got to offer. If you should arrive late and need some basic foods, let me know and I can get it for you if you want. There is a model airplane strip on the property.
