This peaceful cabin is located at rear of the property with water vistas from the deck. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle,coffee plunger, toaster, crockery & cutlery. Linen & towels provided. Ensuite bathroom with curtain door. Ceiling fan. BBQ on the cabin deck. 2 night minimum for weekends & Christmas holidays 3 night minimum Easter Weekend This cabin is self contained with clean & comfortable amenities, cool in the summer & cosy in the winter. It is a n ideal haven for people who want to self isolate & enjoy bush walking, cycling, mountain biking, fishing, kayaking , swimming or just relaxing. It is a short stroll to the sand bar & beach , plus there is a local corner store if you run out of bread , milk etc. ( Takeaway only during Covid19) Please bring all food & drink as the nearest supermarket is a 10 minute drive to Bundeena. Please note... 2 night minimum for weekends & Christmas holidays . 3 night minimum Easter weekend No pets allowed No smoking in the cabin There is parking on the premises at the front of main house , but you will have your own entry & exit gate near the cabin which gives you privacy to come & go. I will greet guests & be available for any enquiries. Maianbar is a small community located within the Royal National Park , 1 hour south of Sydney....There is an amazing array of bird life & it is surrounded by beautiful bays & beaches. The are a number of bush walks around the local area , from easy to difficult. Check out the Royal National park website for more information. It is an easy 45 minute walk through the national park from Maianbar to the Bundeena which has a ferry that leaves every hour between 6am - 7pm ( no midday ferry Monday to Friday)to Cronulla, where you will find great cafes, beaches & restaurants. From Cronulla you can catch a train that runs frequently into Sydney & the surrounding suburbs. During school terms there are 2 morning & afternoon bus services that run to Bundeena.... 7.30 & 8.30am , they return to Maianbar in the afternoon leaving Bundeena at 3 & 4pm. There is also a bus that runs twice a week ( all year )to local shopping centres. The cabin is self contained with the coffee & plunger, tea, sugar , milk & condiments provided.....but if a guest wants anything in particular , please request on enquiry.
