This is a charming, fully furnished and equipped sea side apartment. It consists of one main room with Lcd tv , Bathroom and kitchen that totally separate from the other room. One more room and one living room; it includes a 2 relaxing sitting areas with 2 A/C, 2 55-inch LCD screen television with cables. The bedroom it's with a comfortable double bed ,A/C ,big wardrobe with mirror over it, safe and lcd tv as well. An 2 accessorized, equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, electric stove-top for cooking, 2 Hairdryer, iron, dining area ( bar table and two chairs in each room ) and a bathroom with washing machine & dryer . Free wireless Internet, laptop and air conditioning / heating in every room is available at your disposal. The apartment is very convenient and cozy. It is situated in a very quiet and safe neighborhood in Tel Aviv. The area is full of shops, bars, restaurants, cafes,24/7 supermarket and everything is within walking distance. The price includes everything and there are No extra charges. You can also use the Tel-Aviv's bicycle rental service, for only 17ILS a day. The nearest station is 50m away, so you explore the city on a bike. for the guests that are renting a car there is a parking lot at the apartment street. My guests can enjoy at my restaurant on the beach and get a 10% discount for any order. The apartment can accommodate 6 people. The whole flat is 70 square meters wide, it is perfect for singles, couples or family's. The neighborhood it self (kerem Hateimanim) is a very quiet place right in the center of the city. It Located between the Carmel Market and the beach it is residential neighbourhood that used to be the home of Yemenite Jews and until now has the feel of a little village and still has authentic Hummus and Yemenite food little places hidden in the quiet alleys. Lately the Kerem is a trendier and some new boutique hotels and coffee bars have opened. When visiting the Carmel Market its nice to stroll through the Kerem, get lost in the labyrinth of the shabby style but picturesque alleys and grab a hummus or a spicy " foot soup" the famous yemenite dish Next to the apartment you can find the "Karmelit" , it's a central bus place, there you can find a bus or a local taxi to every part of tel aviv and outside.
