THIS IS NEAR NEW FULLY FURNISHED SELF CONTAINED COTTAGE, IN A SEMI RURAL ENVIRONMENT. WE ARE 45 KMS NORTH OF NEW CASTLE AND 50 KMS FROM THE HUNTER VALLEY WINERIES. Just 14 minutes (17 KMS)of the Pacific Highway AND 26 KMS FROM RAYMOND TERRACE. PRICES ARE PER PERSON. This is a twin share for 2 people bookings. The second bedroom is only available if the number of people exceed 2.MINIMUM 2 NIGHT BOOKING APPLIES. WE ARE ON RAIN WATER SO PLEASE BE DILIGENT. This is far from the maddening crowd. Absolute tranquil atmosphere, with only the chirping of the birds and the quacking of the visiting ducks in the lake/farm dam. You can access the property AFTER UNLOCKING THE GATE WITH THE CODE GIVEN. DRIVE SLIGHTLY TO THE RIGHT ON THE DIRT driveway KEEPING THE MAIN HOUSE ON YOUR LEFT. Go all the way around and you will see the red roof and beige wall cottage at the far end. FOLLOW THE YELLOW ARROWS. Park in front of the green shed with the roller doors. IF ARRIVING AT NIGHT, PLEASE DRIVE BETWEEN THE SOLAR LIGHTS AND AVOID HITTING THE NEWLY PLANTED TREES AND SHRUBS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE DRIVEAWAY. CHECK IN BY ONLOCKING THE KEY SAFE ON THE DOOR. PUT THE KEYS BACK IN THE SAFE ONCE YOU HAVE OPENED THE DOOR. It is a quiet neighbourhood. The Williams River and Caravan park is only a 5 minute drive for your boating and fishing experience. There is also a picnic area with electric BBQ. THERE IS AN IGA SUPERMARKET AND A PUB WHICH SERVES FOOD IN TOWN AND ALSO A BOWLING CLUB. DUNGOG IS A 15 MINUTE DRIVE. . BARRINGTON TOPS IS ABOUT 1 HOUR DRIVE. YOU CAN GO WHALE WATCHING IN PORT STEPHENS WHICH IS ABOUT 40 MINUTES AWAY. THERE IS A BOTANCAL GARDEN IN HEATHERBRAE ON THE MAIN HIGHWAY OPPOSIYTE COLES SERVICE STATION. There is an IGA supermarket in town just 5 minutes drive and off course the local pub. When driving into the main driveway keep the main large house on your left but keep between the solar lights if arriving at night. Turn left past the main house and you will see the cottage to your far right. Park in front of the green shed with the roller door.
