The Stable House has a large beautifully furnished common area, kitchenette (not a full kitchen, no stove) 12 seater dining table, 2 comfortable living areas and a Canadian cast enamel wood fire where guests can relax and unwind. Set on 3 acres amongst beautiful mature trees, lush gardens and a rambling creek all within 200m of Blackbutt Main Street and just 50m from the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. Extra accomodation is available in our Cottage. Max 2 guests. QB, ensuite. Please ask for booking details. *Stables is made up of 5 individual rooms, there is no internal hallway. Each room has its own individual door. *The Stables is slightly elevated at one end and the bedrooms are accessed by 2 steps without railings. (Not suitable for those with mobility issues) *The beautiful bathrooms are located in a seperate building just meters from the Stables (as shown in photo 2). *The property has 3 dwellings. The Stables the main homestead (which is the private residence) and the cottage. The cottage can be booked separately as overflow accommodation if required. * The kitchenette is suitable for basic meal prep. (NO STOVE) * We do provide; Outdoor BBQ, electric fry pan, toaster, microwave and kettle. Because of our short proximity to town we encourage our guests to support local and either dine in at the local Radnor Pub or takeaway meals including pizza from The Bunyanut Cafe to eat back at the property. The local Blackbutt Bakery is award winning and prefect for breakfast, lunch and all your baked snacking needs. All 3 of the above options are just 5 minutes walk from the Stables. Parking is located at the behind the stables off James Street Or Creek Street depending on your map application. * (Hidden by Airbnb) maps have it listed as James St but it is signposted as Creek Street. *Also please note that (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps has Hart St as Morris St. The host and their extended family regularly use the main homestead and cottage so ask that you respect their privacy and enjoy the rest of what the property has to offer. Please note that the cottage is available to be can be booked separately and guests also have access to the common facilities at the stables. Everything in town is within walking distance from the property. Approximately 100m to town centre and 50m to the Brisbane valley rail trail. The host family also live on the property in the main homestead at the front of the block, we ask that you keep their privacy in mind.
