Beach House is the finest sea front property with two independent beach houses near Kovalam and the perfect place to spend your Kerala holidays. This is the only exclusive seafront property with Private Beach, Private Chef, Private Waiter and Private Servants. Each Beach House has two double bedrooms with a linked lounge room in between. The roof is still kept thatched with palm leaf mats, on the continued suggestions from the guests who have stayed here. The rooms do not have air-condition or television but they are naturally ventilated as well as by overhead fan. Since the house is both seafront and beach front, water is visible through all the windows of the house. Kitchen is adjacent to accommodation, ie- under same roof. Guest will get one of the two rooms. Lounge room will be commonly shared with the occupant in the other room. Each room accommodates 2 persons I live in Trivandrum so I might not be able to meet you every day. However I have a manager on the property who will be around to check you in and with anything you need. Located 19 KM south of Thiruvananthapuram International Airport & 8 KM south of Kovalam. Chowara is a beautiful quaint village located about 10 km south of Kovalam. Aazhimala Shiva Temple located here is a major shrine. Vizhinjam harbour is another tourist attraction. You can take a cab from the airport or we can arrange one for you. The nearest car access point is 400 meters away from the beach house. On arrival the walk from the Nagar Bhagavathi temple through the palm grove along the beach pathway is very relaxing, but not suitable for physically disabled as the earth is very uneven. Facilities like Swimming pool, Beer& wine parlour, boutique shops, spa, restaurant etc....are available to KBH guests, at a specially agreed discount at our next door 5 star hotel Niraamaya Surya Samudra. We have an Ayurvedic Experience which is unique at Karikkathi Beach House. The treatment done by experienced doctors only. The Ayurveda Diet is prepared under the direct supervision of the doctor for each individual guest . For this an exclusive chef is kept in the house. For result oriented treatment we do not take more than 6 patients at a time. Minimum 2 weeks treatment is advised and for better result we recommend 4-6 weeks.
