Located in a prestigious suburb, close to Glenelg's vibrant Jetty Road for boutique shops, restaurants, beach & children's fun park. Easy access via tram to Adelaide Oval, Entertainment Centre, Morphettville Racecourse. 2 mins walk to Morphett Arms Hotel. Marion shopping centre and Aquatics Centre just 7 to 10 mins & Flinders Medical Centre 15 mins by car. Less than 15 mins to airport. Supermarket within walking distance. Single story apartment, no steps in a quiet, safe & secure location. Our unit is in a quiet group of 7. The building has no common walls. Bed comfort excellent. Queen bed . Single bunks plus single bed in second bedroom. We have created a comfortable, peaceful space that you can relax in. There is a small, secure back-yard for outside dining. The best part is that the unit is quiet and secure in a good area. There is a parking space adjacent to the unit & a guest car park immediately opposite. There is a car park next to the front door. Just exit your car and a few steps to the front door. There is a car park space for visitors opposite the unit. The court yard is secure so no need for anxiety if you're returning at night. The key is inside a security safe on the wall under the front verandah. I will notify you with the code to the box so that you are able to access the keys. Our wish is that the accommodation enables you to relax and enjoy your time in Adelaide, whatever the purpose of your stay. On your exit day please leave the used towels in the bath tub, leave beds unmade, lock the doors & windows, switch off lights & put the keys in the security safe by the front door. In a nut shell we love the location that enables us easy access to transport, entertainment, dining & beaches in a safe , quiet location. There is a small shopping centre at the end of the street with Chemist, super market, hair dresser & several fast food shops plus a bakery. Lovely butcher shop on the way to the tram. Another shopping centre on the opposite side of Morphett Road just down from the Morphett Arms Hotel only a 7 - 10 min walk that has post office, IGA super market, excellent coffee shop called 'Strappers Cafe' that serves breakfast & light meals. Definitely worth a visit if you have time. Excellent! 2 minute walk to bus stop, 10 minutes walk to tram. Bus takes you to Glenelg, Marion Shopping Centre, City. 3 stops on the tram to Jetty Road & beach or approx 15 mins to city to Adelaide Oval for football or cricket or onto the Entertainment Centre. 2 minute walk to the popular Morphett Arms Hotel for a meal & glass of wine. DaCosta Reserve is a comfortable walk & boasts picnic & play space Airport approx 15 mins by taxi around AU$10.00 using Uber. Morphettville racecourse less than 4 mins by car. South Australian Aquatics Centre no more than 7 mins. Flinders Medical Centre 15 mins. Wifi password is on the underside of the modem. Netflix is accessible on TV in lounge/dining area. Smart tv in single bedroom. Ducted aircon to all rooms makes for a very comfortable stay. All newly installed down-lights for your convenience. No problems with dimly lit rooms.
