Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville
Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine. The studio is at the rear of my historic home with its own entrance. It is joined to the main house by a covered deck, however is completely separate and private. Pool, BBQ, deck, laundry, clothes lines and help yourself to the vege garden. I live on site however will always be guided by guests in relation to how much interaction to have. Graceville is one of Brisbane’s older suburbs, with a mix of heritage charm and modern amenities. It is known for its many parks, mature trees and wildlife. I am close to the Brisbane Tennis Centre and the Corinda venue for the Cuskelly College of Music music summer school. There is a bus stop right out the front of the property and it is 1km from Graceville train station. My house is not suitable for children nor for people needing to quarantine
