Your hosts, Mike & Margie will be staying in the home during your stay as caretakers, behind the scenes, in our own space & rarely seen. You'll have the run of the house including 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, family room & backyard. No cleaning fees or security deposit. Walk to Look Park. Smith College & Valley View Farm are 3 miles away. We have been Super hosts for 6 years and have over 500 Five Star reviews. Electricity is 100% solar. Hot breakfast each morning. Your hosts, Mike & Margie have both been fully vaccinated. Bedroom 1 is on the ground level & has a queen bed, en suite full bathroom, 60 inch TV, futon, mini-fridge, desk & chair. Bedroom 2 is a huge private bedroom suite located in the basement of our home. It has 3 beds (2 queen and 1 full) a couch, large TV, fridge, cedar closet, dresser and a new private full bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed, TV, 2 chairs, table, closet, dresser & mini-fridge. Bedroom 4 has a queen sized poster bed, TV, dresser, closet, 2 chairs & a mini-fridge. Bedroom 3 & 4 are on the upstairs level along with a full bathroom. There is another full bathroom at the bottom of those stairs on the ground level. A huge kitchen & dining area, with plenty of seating and an adjacent family room with TV & 2 couches, makes this ideal for a large group to hang out together. Mike will be available to answer any questions, clean & maintain the property and cook you a hot breakfast each morning if you like. He can even make you a fire in wood stove or outside in the fire pit. Guests have access to the entire home except for our private bedrooms and office area. Guests also have full access to the yard. The back yard has a new patio with a gas grill. There's also another large seating area around a fire pit with umbrellas making it a great place to socialize outdoors. The dining area has two large tables with 12 chairs that can be arranged multiple ways. The kitchen is equipped with a dual oven, glass top range, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster and more. There are plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and bake ware. We have some spices, cooking oil, teas, etc. We will be on site in our own private space and available to help you or answer any questions you may have. Quiet, residential suburban neighborhood away from the noise of downtown. No through traffic or busy roads makes for a peaceful and restful stay.
