The granny flat is at the back of the house approached along the right side of the house through a brown gate via a path to the right side of the deck. There is a swimming pool and ample street parking. Great for couples, singles, business travellers and golfers. Small, clean, modern, private space with an outside patio. Guests have access to the pool. We live in the main house and are only too happy to assist you with any enquiries you may have during your stay. Our neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful with easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants and beaches. There is a bus stop nearby with frequent buses to the city.
