Located 10 mins from JFK, 18 mins from LGA, less than 30 mins to Manhattan on the LIRR. My place is perfect for layovers or just a weekend visit to the city. My place is good for couples who are travelers, individuals that are solo adventurers and business travelers. People from the surrounding local area please kindly do not book with me. Due to COVID 19, GUESTS restriction are only for 4 people for the 3 beautiful spacious, well furnished and cozy bedroom home that sleeps up to 4 individuals. People in the SURROUNDING local AREA PLEASE do not book with me. No parties are allowed or any other guests besides the registered guests with a maximum of 4 people at all times. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are fully equipped. Also an outdoor Jacuzzi available all year around. With a private entrance. It's easy to park in a driveway. We Provide: - Fresh linens and towels - Tooth brushes and Toothpaste - Bar soap/Shampoo and makeup wipes - Air conditioning in summer/Heat in winter - Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances - Free hi-speed WiFi - Coffee/Tea and some breakfast items for you to cook. - Hair dryer and iron - Cable TV -DO NOT REMOVE UTENSILS, DISHES AND APPLIANCES FROM PREMISES. THERE WILL BE A $50 CHARGE IF REMOVED. -NO SMOKING IN SIDE OF THE HOUSE OR AN ADDITIONAL $250.00 CHARGE WILL BE ADDED -NO BIG PARTIES OR EVENTS (PRIVATE BBQ GATHERINGS FOR THE 4 GUESTS ONLY) -Amenities, use of outdoor Jacuzzi, miniature golf rooftop, balcony are ONLY for guests listed on the reservation -Entire second level apartment of the private home -Patio -Rooftop entertainment -Outdoor Jacuzzi -Backyard -Grills for BBQ provided -Free parking on the streets Note-Air Conditioners are only provided in the three bedrooms along with a ceiling fan. Living-room only has a ceiling fan and a portable move-able fan. I live downstairs on the first level of the home (both levels of the home have separate entrances) and are available when ever you may need me. Summer Winters Getaway is located in Queens, New York. South Jamaica that is Newly name Downtown Jamaica (Jamaica Center) or Jamaica Avenue, the shopping hub of NY. With the Van Wyck Expressway to the west, and Merrick Boulevard to the east. North of Rockaway Blvd, John F. Kennedy International Airport lies to the south across the Belt Parkway. Less than 5 mins away from the J, E trains, LIRR, AirTran. A short walk or cab ride gets you to all locations. Uber, Juno and Lyfi are available in the area as well as Uber Eats, Doordash, Postmates etc. Easy free parking on the streets. ONLY GUESTS ON THE RESERVATION IS PERMITTED IN THE HOME ANY OTHER GUESTS OF more than the 6 CAN NOT enter the property. NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT WHATSOEVER.
